Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK SWITCH (BEEP SOUND) 
    1. Check switch.
      1. Check that the beep sounds when touch switch is pressed.
    1. OK: CHECK AND REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU 
    2. NG: Go to next step. 
  2. INSPECT MULTI-DISPLAY JUNCTION BLOCK 
    1. Check that the malfunction disappear when a know good multi-display junction block is installed.

    1. A: Go to next step. 
    2. B: REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY JUNCTION BLOCK 
  3. INSPECT COOLER WIRE NO.1 (BETWEEN MULTI-DISPLAY JUNCTION BLOCK AND AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSY) 
    1. NG: REPLACE COOLER WIRE NO. 1 
    2. OK: Go to next step. 
  4. INSPECT COOLER WIRE NO. 1 (BETWEEN AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSY AND AIR CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSY) 
    1. NG: REPLACE COOLER WIRE NO. 1 
    2. OK: Go to next step. 
  5. INSPECT AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSY 
    1. Check that the malfunction disappear when a know good air conditioning panel sub-assy is installed.

    1. A: REPLACE AIRCONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSY 
    2. B: REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSY
