Inspection Procedure

Check ECU-IG1 and AM1 fuse.
CHECK:

Check continuity of ECU-IG1 and AM1 fuse.

OK:
1. Continuity
1. NG : Replace faulty fuse.
2. OK : GO TO NEXT STEP
Check voltage between terminals BECU, SIG, BDR and GND of power window master switch connector.
PREPARATION:

Turn the ignition switch OFF.

CHECK:

Measure the voltage between terminals BECU, SIG, BDR and GND.

OK:
1. Voltage: 10-14V
1. OK : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
2. No: Go to next step
Check wire harness and connector between power window master switch and body ground (See HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE ).
1. NG : Repair or replace wire harness or connector.
2. OK : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
