Section 390 (Lighting System): Replacement

HINT:

1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL UPPER (See  RADIATOR ASSY (2UZ-FE)  ) 
2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GUARD (See  FRONT BUMPER  ) 
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH (See  FRONT BUMPER  ) 
4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH (See  FRONT BUMPER  ) 
5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (See  FRONT BUMPER  ) 
6. REMOVE LH Headlamp ASSY 
   1. Remove the 3 screws.
   2. Disconnect the each connector.
   3. Pull out the headlamp unit forward, then disengage the bracket on the body side.

7. REMOVE Headlamp, NO.1 BULB 
   1. Rotate the headlamp No.1 bulb in the direction of the arrow and pull it off toward the rear of the vehicle.

8. REMOVE Headlamp, NO.2 BULB 
   1. Rotate the headlamp No.2 bulb in the direction of the arrow and pull it off toward the rear of the vehicle.

9. REMOVE HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL NO.1 
10. REMOVE Headlamp UNIT ASSY LH 
    1. Remove the headlamp cord with 3 bulbs
    2. Remove the headlamp unit assy LH.
11. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH (See  FRONT BUMPER  ) 
12. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH (See  FRONT BUMPER  ) 
13. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIM ONLY (See  ADJUSTMENT  ) 
14. PUT VEHICLE THESE CONDITIONS (See  ADJUSTMENT  ) 
15. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIM (See  ADJUSTMENT  )
