  2. Start the engine and push height control select switch to adjust vehicle height to "LO" then "N" position.
  3. Inspect vehicle height. See Fig 2.
  4. Read the value of height control sensor on the hand-held tester. The standard value of the actual vehicle height should be within .2 inches (5 mm). For example, when the measurement value of the front vehicle height is 3.35 inches (85 mm), the actual value of height control sensor is -.09 inches (-2.3 mm).
  5. To adjust, loosen link locking nut and adjust the positions of the height control sensor link and front upper suspension arm or lower control arm by moving them up and down. See Fig 3. Tighten link locking nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  6. On the front sensor, when adjustment cannot be done by performing step  5, loosen the 2 nuts of height control sensor link and turn the link. To raise the vehicle, turn clockwise and to lower turn counterclockwise. See Fig 4. Tighten the 2 nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  7. Coat the threads of the link with sealer Three Bond 1324 or equivalent.
