Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION ECU - MULTI-DISPLAY) 
    1. Disconnect the navigation ECU connector N3 and multi-display connector M4.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard: 

      NAVIGATION ECU CONNECTOR AND MULTI-DISPLAY CONNECTOR TERMINALS RESISTANCE

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      IVO+ - VOI+ Always Below 1 Ω
      IVO- - VOI- Always Below 1 Ω
      IVO+ - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      IVO- - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
    2. OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
