Problem Symptoms Table

HINT:

*: Check GPS reception

  1. Park the vehicle in an area with nothing overhead and at least 50 meters away from any building.
  2. Turn the ignition switch ON, wait for 2 minutes and call the LEXUS link center. Confirm that the LEXUS link center can accurately confirm the vehicle's location.
    • If the location is confirmed correctly, turn the ignition switch OFF and wait 30 minutes. Then perform step (2) again. If the location is confirmed correctly again, the LEXUS link center condition has returned to normal.
    • If the location cannot be confirmed, call the LEXUS link center at least 5 times every 2 minutes. If the location still cannot be confirmed, turn the ignition switch OFF, wait 1 hour and make a call again.
