Inspection Procedure

  1. Check ECU-B2 fuse. 
    1. NG: CHECK FOR SHORT IN ALL THE HARNESS AND COMPO-NENTS CONNECTED TO THE ECU-B2 FUSE, AND REPAIR THEM. 
    2. OK: Go to Next Step. 
  2. Check continuity between terminal SGND of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground. 

    CHECK: 

    Measure resistance between terminal SGND of Power Seat control ECU connector and body ground.

    OK: 

    1. Resistance: Continuity (Below 1 Ω)

    1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK: Go to Next Step. 
  3. Check voltage between terminal SYSB of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground. 

    CHECK: 

    Measure voltage between terminal SYSB of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground.

    OK: 

    1. Voltage: 10 - 14 V 
    1. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptom table (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE   ). 
    2. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector.
