Memory Positioning Switch: Service and Repair

SEAT MEMORY SWITCH

Seat Memory Switch:

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE DOOR ARMREST COVER
5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP
7. REMOVE SEAT MEMORY SWITCH





a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Disengage the 4 claws of the inside handle.

HINT: The inside handle cannot be removed from the trim board sub-assembly.





c. Disengage the 4 claws, and remove the seat memory switch.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SEAT MEMORY SWITCH





a. Install the seat memory switch to the inside handle.





b. Engage the 4 claws and install the inside handle.
c. Install the 2 screws.

2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP
3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL DOOR ARMREST COVER
5. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL ASSEMBLY
7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
