Personal Light Assembly: Inspection
- INSPECT ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (PERSONAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the Q2 personal light assembly connector.
- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q2-22 (+B1) - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q2-5 (GND3) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω If the result is not specified, there is a malfunction on the wire harness side.
- Apply battery voltage to the roof console box assembly connector.
- Check that each light comes on.

Battery negative (-) → Terminal Q2-10 (CTY)DOOR switch is pushed (ON), seat illumination switch is not pushed (OFF), and personal light switch is not pushed (OFF) Interior light and front seat illumination come on Battery positive (+) → Terminal Q2-22 (+B1)
