Active Control Engine Mount Ecu: Installation

  1. INSTALL ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT ECU 
    1. Install the active control engine mount ECU with the nut.

      Torque: 13 N*m (133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf)

    2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. INSTALL SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  8. CONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  9. INSPECT FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY  (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
  10. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT  (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
  11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization procedure (See INITIALIZATION ).
      NOTE: Some vehicle systems require initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.
