Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System: Installation

  1. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the millimeter wave radar sensor with the 3 bolts.

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

    2. Connect the connector.
  2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  3. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (See  ADJUSTMENT  ) 
  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  7. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  8. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  9. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
      NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
