Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the ACC and ECU-IG RH fuses from the main body ECU RH.
2. Disconnect the MPX-B fuse from the engine room No. 2 relay block.
3. Measure the resistance of the fuses.

   Standard resistance: 

   Below 1 Ω 

NG: REPLACE FUSE 

OK: GO TO Next Step 

1. Disconnect the K66 ECU connector.
2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.

   Standard resistance 

   TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   K66-24 (GND) - Body ground	Below 1 Ω

   Standard voltage 

   TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K66-10 (BATT) -Body ground	Always	10 to 14 V
   K66-2 (ACC) - Body ground	Power switch ON (ACC)	10 to 14 V
   K66-1 (IG) - Body ground	Power switch ON (IG)	10 to 14 V

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
