Air Conditioning Control Assembly

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)




a. Release the 4 claw fittings and remove the 6 screws and the heater control housing.




b. Release the lock of the connector and disconnect the cable.




c. Remove the 2 screws and the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB (w/o Navigation System)
3. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL KNOB (w/o Navigation System)

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL KNOB (w/o Navigation System)
2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB (w/o Navigation System)
3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)




a. Install the 2 screws and the air conditioning amplifier.




b. Connect the cable and connector.




c. Install the heater control housing with the 6 screws and the 4 claws.
