Data List/Active Test

  1. DATA LIST 

    HINT:

    By accessing the DATA LIST displayed on the intelligent tester, you can perform such functions as reading the values of switches and sensors without removing any parts. Reading the DATA LIST is the first step in troubleshooting and is one method to shorten labor time.

    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the intelligent tester on.
    3. Operate the intelligent tester according to the steps on the display and select DATA LIST.

  2. ACTIVE TEST 

    HINT:

    Performing the ACTIVE TEST is one of the methods to shorten labor time. It is possible to display the DATA LIST during the ACTIVE TEST.

    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the intelligent tester on.
    3. Following the display on the intelligent tester, perform the ACTIVE TEST.
