Measure the voltage of the connectors.

			Ignition switch ON Main switch OFF	Below 1 V
			Ignition switch ON Main switch ON	10 to 14 V
ST1- (E10-16) - E1 (E6-1)	R-G - BR	Cruise cancel input signal	Depress brake pedal	Below 1 V
ST1- (E10-16) - E1 (E6-1)	R-G - BR	Cruise cancel input signal	Release brake pedal	10 to 14 V

If the result is not as specified, the ECM may have a malfunction.
