HINT:

When using the intelligent tester, start from *1. When not using intelligent tester, start from *2.

1. READ VALUE OF INTELLIGENT TESTER (LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH)*1 
   1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
   2. Check that the light control switch operate in DATA LIST (see DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST  ).

   OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 

   NG: Go to next step 

2. INSPECT LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY*2 
   1. Inspect the light control switch (see LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH  ).

   NG: REPLACE LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

   OK: Go to next step 

3. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH - BODY ECU (MAIN)) 

   NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

   OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
