Cellular Phone cannot Send / Receive

  1. CHECK BLUETOOTH SETTINGS 
    1. Check if the BLUETOOTH settings are correct.

    OK: 

    BLUETOOTH settings are correct. 

    NG: SET SETTINGS CORRECTLY 

    OK: Go To Next Step 

  2. CHECK CELLULAR PHONE 
    1. Check if the cellular phone is BLUETOOTH capable.

    HINT:

    Some versions of BLUETOOTH capable cellular phones may not be compatible.

    OK: 

    The phone is BLUETOOTH capable. 

    NG: END (ONLY A BLUETOOTH CAPABLE CELLULAR PHONE CAN BE USED) 

    OK: Go To Next Step 

  3. CHECK SETTINGS 
    1. Check if the cellular phone functions.

    HINT:

    • The cellular phone is unable to make a call under any of the following conditions.
    • The cellular phone is locked.
    • The dictionary is being transferred.
    • The line is crossed.
    • Transmission is requested.
    • The power is off.
    • The cellular phone is not connected to BLUETOOTH ("BT" is displayed while a connection is present).

    OK: 

    No of the above conditions exist. 

    NG: SET SETTING CORRECTLY 

    OK: Go To Next Step 

  4. CHECK CELLULAR PHONE 
    1. Check if the cellular phone can make a call.

    HINT:

    When the battery charge is low, calls cannot be made or received.

    OK: 

    The cellular phone can make a call. 

    NG: REPLACE CELLULAR PHONE 

    OK: Go To Next Step 

  5. CHECK RECEPTION 
    1. Put a cellular phone into a receiving state.
    2. Place the cellular phone close to the multi-display.
    3. Check if the cellular phone has reception according to the multi-display.

    OK: 

    The cellular phone has reception. 

    NG: REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY 

    OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
