License Plate Light Assembly: Installation

- INSTALL LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION
- Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION
