Inspection Procedure

INSPECT FUSE (ACC, RSE)
1. Remove the ACC fuse from the instrument panel junction block.
2. Remove the RSE fuse from the No. 2 relay block.
  Standard resistance:
  
  Below 1 Ω
  
  NG: REPLACE FUSE
  
  OK: GO to next step

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

Disconnect the L16 display connector.

Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

Standard voltage

STANDARD VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONS

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
L16-16 (+B) - Body ground	Always	10 to 14 V
L16-15 (ACC) - Body ground	Ignition switch ACC	10 to 14 V

Standard resistance

STANDARD RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
L16-12 (GND) - Body ground	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
