How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

HINT:

In accordance with the following procedures, troubleshoot the audio and visual system.

  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 
  2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE 

    Standard voltage: 11 to 14 V 

    If the voltage is below 11V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

  3. BASIC INSPECTION 
    1. Turn the ignition switch to ACC.
    2. Check whether the display appears on the radio receiver.
      RESULT REFERENCE

      Result Proceed to
      Display appears A
      Display does not appear B

    B: PROCEED TO PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 

    A: GO TO NEXT STEP 

  4. PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE

    Fault not listed in problem symptoms table A
    Fault listed in problem symptoms table B

    B: Go to step  6

  5. OVERALL ANALYSIS AND TROUBLESHOOTING 
    1. TERMINALS OF ECU 
    2. Inspection (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER (FOR SEDAN)  , ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER (FOR HATCHBACK) , ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - REAR SPEAKER (FOR SEDAN)  , ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - REAR SPEAKER (FOR HATCHBACK 5 DOOR) )
  6. ADJUST, REPAIR OR REPLACE 
  7. CONFIRMATION TEST
