Control Valve Assembly: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CONNECTOR 
  2. DISCONNECT ACTIVE HEIGHT CONTROL FLUID LINE 
    1. Using SST, disconnect the 5 active height control lines.

      SST 09023-00101 

      Torque: 15 N*m (155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf) 

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 nuts and control valve assembly.

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) 

    2. Remove the 3 holders, 3 cushions and 3 cushion bolts from the control valve assembly.

      Torque: 7.8 N*m (80 kgf*cm, 69 in.*lbf)

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and cover.

      Torque: 4.4 

      N*m (45 kgf*cm, 38 in.*lbf) 

    4. Remove the gasket.

      HINT:

      At the time of installation, replace the used gasket with a new one.
