Inspection Procedure

- INSPECT FUSE (ACC, RADIO)
- Remove the ACC fuse from the cowl side junction block LH.
- Remove the RADIO fuse from the cowl side junction block RH.
- Measure the resistance of the fuses.
Standard resistance:
Below 1 Ω
- NG: REPLACE FUSE
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (NAVIGATION ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the N2 ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
Standard resistance
NAVIGATION ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND (RESISTANCE)Tester Connection Specified Condition N2-17 (GND) - Body ground Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard voltage
NAVIGATION ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND (VOLTAGE)Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition N2-9 (+B) - N2-17 (GND) Always 10 to 14 V N2-18 (ACC) - N2-17 (GND) Ignition switch ACC 10 to 14 V
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
- OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
