DTC P0606-29: Backup Boost Converter "A" Control CPU Signal Invalid [11/2021 - 03/2023]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the engine stop and start ECU connector.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A28-1 (BIN2) - Body ground	Always	9.5 to 14 V
   A28-3 (BIN1) - Body ground	Always	9.5 to 14 V

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the engine stop and start ECU connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A28-2 (GND2) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A28-8 (GND1) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE ENGINE STOP AND START ECU. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]
