1977 GLC & Mizer Models

  1. With engine at normal operating temperature, set idle speed to specification. Place manual transmission in Neutral (automatic transmission in Drive) and connect timing light to engine.
  2. Start engine and rotate distributor until specified mark on crankshaft pulley aligns with indicator pin. After checking and setting base timing on 1977 Mizer, disconnect accelerator switch and check advanced timing.
