Carburetor - NIKKI 2-Bbl: Overhaul: Reassembly
- To reassemble, reverse the disassembly procedure, being careful not to mistake primary and secondary parts. When installing thermostat cover on automatic choke housing, hook choke arm to bimetal spring and align index mark.
- Install new mixture screw and shell on throttle body. Seat screw lightly, back out 3 turns for initial setting. When mounting main body to throttle body, be sure not to turn mixture adjusting screw shell.
