Removal & Installation (RX7)
- Remove throttle body and dynamic chamber. Remove vacuum and fuel return hoses. Disconnect injector electrical connectors. Remove secondary fuel rail and secondary injectors as an assembly. Remove extension manifold. Disconnect primary injector electrical connectors.
- Remove primary fuel rail and primary injectors as an assembly. Remove grommets, injectors and insulators from fuel rail. To install, reverse removal procedure. Use new injector "O" rings. Apply a small amount of engine oil to "O" rings before installation. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
