Controlled reset

  1. Switch to on-board diagnostic mode. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE NUMBER INSPECTION .
  2. While in present failure indication mode, press the DEFROSTER switch for 3 seconds  or more. (AUTO switch indicator light flashes.)
