Checking Fluid Level

Raise and support vehicle. Remove the oil level plug and the washer. Verify that the oil is near the bottom of the plug port. See Fig 1 . If the oil level is low, add the specified type of oil to the bottom of the plug port through the oil level plug hole. Install a new washer on the oil level plug and install. Tighten oil level plug to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
