- Check for enabled anti-theft system.
- Check for hydrolocked engine (liquid in cylinder).
- Check starting and charging system for correct operation.
- Check Transmission Range (TR) switch adjustment and operation.
- Locked up flywheel or flexplate.
Repair as necessary.
