Indicator Light Inspection

NOTE:
- The indicator light is built into the AUTO HOLD switch. If there is any malfunction, replace the electric parking brake switch. (See ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the upper panel. (See UPPER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the electric parking brake switch. (See ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Apply battery positive voltage to electric parking brake switch terminal K, and connect terminal B to ground.
- Verify that the indicator light turns on.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the electric parking brake switch. (See ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
