Solar Radiation Sensor Inspection (Auto A/C)

- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the glove compartment (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the solar radiation sensor. (See SOLAR RADIATION SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (AUTO A/C) .)
- Shine a fluorescent light or expose the solar radiation sensor to natural sunlight.
- Connect the positive (+) lead to terminals B and negative (-) lead to terminal A of the solar radiation sensor, and verify that the voltage value is output.
- If the voltage is 0 V, replace the solar radiation sensor. (See SOLAR RADIATION SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (AUTO A/C) .)
