Front Power Window Motor Inspection: Passenger-side

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the power window subswitch (Refer to POWER WINDOW SUBSWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the front door trim. (Passenger-side) (Refer to FRONT DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Disconnect the front power window motor connector.
  5. Apply battery positive voltage and connect the ground to front power window motor terminals E and F, and then inspect the front power window motor operation.
