Removal And Installation: Notes

CAUTION: *: When the connection of the transmission fluid cooler and the oil cooler hose is disconnected, replace the transmission fluid cooler and the oil cooler hose with new ones. When connecting the new transmission fluid cooler and the oil cooler hose, be careful not to let the transmission fluid or the like adhere.

Pre-removal operation

Engine Room Under Cover Front A, B and Engine Room Side Cover Removal. (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
Engine Coolant Draining (Refer to ON-VEHICLE SERVICE ).
Battery and Battery Tray Removal (Refer to BATTERY ).
Air Hose B and Air Hose C Removal (Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER ).

Post-installation operation

Engine Coolant Refilling (Refer to ON-VEHICLE SERVICE ).
Transmission Fluid Refilling (Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE ).
Engine Room Under Cover Front A, B and Engine Room Side Cover Installation. (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
Air Hose B and Air Hose C Installation (Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER ).
Battery and Battery Tray Installation (Refer to BATTERY ).
