How To Operate The Scan Tool (M.U.T.-III): Notes
CAUTION:
If the combination meter has not started to calculate the elapsed time yet, follow steps "a" to "d" to activate the calculation beforehand.
- Turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.
- Press the multi-information display switch to display the service reminder on the multi-information display.
- Press and hold the multi-information display switch for at least one second until the service reminder indicator flashes.
- While the indicator is flashing, press the switch briefly (within one second).
- Connect the scan tool (M.U.T.-III) to the data link connector.
- Start the scan tool system on the PC and turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position.
- Select "Meter" on the "System Select" screen, and press the "OK" button.
- Select "Special Function" on the next screen.
- Select "Service Reminder" on the "Special function" screen.
- Select the function to be executed from "Function List."
- 3 Extra reminder setting (Refer to EXTRA REMINDER SETTING ).
- 4 Extra reminder cancel (Refer to EXTRA REMINDER CANCEL ).
- 5 Periodic reminder schedule set (Refer to PERIODIC REMINDER SCHEDULE SET ).
- 6 Integrated value adjustment (Refer to INTEGRATED VALUE ADJUSTMENT ).
- 7 Optional INT schedule setting (Refer to OPTIONAL INT SCHEDULE SETTING ).
