Check Conditions 

• Charge permission from PHEV-ECU is on.
• Charger capacitor voltage is more than 240 volts (200 volts input) or 120 volts (100 voltage input).

Judgment Criterion 

When the absolute value of the difference between the value of output target current and the value of output actual current remains at 3 amperes or more for 3 seconds
