DTC P1D04: AC Input Current Abnormal (Over Current); DTC P1D05: AC Input Current Abnormal (Control Fail): Diagnosis
- STEP 1. Test the OBD-II drive cycle.
- Carry out a test drive with the drive cycle pattern. Refer to Pattern 2 DRIVE CYCLE PATTERN LIST .
- Check the DTC.
Q: Is the DTC set?
YES: Replace the on board charger/DC-DC converter (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ). Then go to Step 2.
NO: Intermittent malfunction (Refer to HOW TO COPE WITH INTERMITTENT MALFUNCTIONS ).
- STEP 2. Test the OBD-II drive cycle.
- Carry out a test drive with the drive cycle pattern. Refer to Pattern 2 DRIVE CYCLE PATTERN LIST .
- Check the DTC.
Q: Is the DTC set?
YES: Retry the troubleshooting.
NO: The inspection is complete.
