Monitor Item

In this monitor item, the helpful items are set in order to comprehend the EMCU control situation. However, the values vary widely according to the minor differences of the measurement condition, the environmental differences, vehicle aging, or other factors, and offering the precise normal value is difficult. Therefore, only the check conditions, the display range, and the numerical change shall be listed.

4 Condenser discharge request Displays the feedback of the condenser discharge request. The selector lever is at the P or N position with the power supply mode of the electric motor switch turned on.

5 MCU shutdown request Displays the shutdown request state. The selector lever is at the P or N position with the power supply mode of the electric motor switch turned on.
  • During shutdown: Yes
  • Normal: No
6 PHEV communication lost The PHEV-ECU communicates with the MCU or not. The selector lever is at the P or N position with the power supply mode of the electric motor switch turned on.

7 MCU CAN fail Displays whether the MCU has

15 Condenser voltage Displays the condenser voltage. The selector lever is at the P or N position with the power supply mode of the electric motor switch turned on. 0 - 1000 V
21 Condenser discharge Displays the condenser discharge command state. The selector lever is at the P or N position with the power supply mode of the electric motor switch turned on.

22 Ready condition (MCU) Displays whether the MCU is ready for operation. The selector lever is at the P or N position with the power supply mode of the electric motor switch turned on.

23 IGCT voltage keep request Displays whether the MCU requests IGCT power supply retention. The selector lever is at the P or N position with the power supply mode of the electric motor switch turned on.

24 HW gate Displays the IGBT gate state. The selector lever is at the P or N position with the power supply mode of the electric motor switch turned on.
