Check Conditions 

• The power supply mode of electric motor switch is ON.
• The PHEV-ECU power supply voltage is between 10 and 16 volts.
• Time after above conditions satisfy is more than 5 seconds.

Judgment Criterion 

Unable to receive A/C control panel (A/C-ECU) signals through the CAN bus line for 5 seconds.
