• Charge permission from PHEV-ECU is on.
• Charger capacitor voltage is more than 240 volts (200 volts input) or 120 volts (100 voltage input).

Judgment Criterion <DTC P1D05> 

When the difference between the value of input actual current and the value of input target current remains at 2 amperes or more for 10 seconds
