Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK KEYLESS OPERATION KEY SYSTEM (REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY FUNCTION)
Lock/unlock door with Keyless operation key. Refer to SYSTEM DESCRIPTION .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
GO TO 2.
NO >>
Check Keyless operation key system (remote keyless entry function). Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
- CHECK HOOD SWITCH
Check hood switch. Refer to COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
GO TO 3.
NO >>
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
- CHECK DOOR SWITCH
Check door switch. Refer to COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
GO TO 4.
NO >>
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
- CHECK HAZARD SWITCH
Check hazard switch. Refer to COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
GO TO 5.
NO >>
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
- REPLACE BCM
Replace BCM. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
INSPECTION END
NO >>
Check intermittent incident. Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .
