DTC Confirmation Test

NOTE: If DTC confirmation procedure had been previously run, turn ignition off and wait at least 10 seconds before continuing.

Turn ignition on. Select DATA MONITOR mode with scan tool. Turn ignition off for at least 10 seconds. Turn ignition on. If 1st trip DTC is detected, go to DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE . If 1st trip DTC is not detected, system is okay at this time.
