Component Inspection

  1. CHECK S-MODE SWITCH 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect S-MODE switch harness connector.
    3. Check the continuity between S-MODE switch terminals under the following conditions.

      Terminals

      Condition

      Continuity

      1 and 2

      S-MODE switch

      Pressed

      Existed

      Released

      Not Existed

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES

    INSPECTION END

    NO

    Replace S-MODE switch.
