Diagnostic Test

- CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY SYSTEM (DOOR LOCK FUNCTION)
Lock/unlock door with door request switch.
Refer to SYSTEM DESCRIPTION (Coupe models) or SYSTEM DESCRIPTION (Roadster models).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 2 .
NO
Check Intelligent Key system (door lock function). Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE (Coupe models) or DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE (Roadster models).
- CHECK HOOD SWITCH
Check hood switch.
Refer to COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 3 .
NO
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
- CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES
Check intermittent incident. Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .
NO
GO TO STEP 1 .
