PR25DD engine

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect fuel level sensor unit and fuel pump harness connector.
3. Remove fuel level sensor unit. Refer to FUEL LEVEL SENSOR UNIT, FUEL FILTER AND FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY : Removal & Installation (AWD) or FUEL LEVEL SENSOR UNIT, FUEL FILTER AND FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY : Removal & Installation (FWD).
4. Check resistance between fuel level sensor unit and fuel pump terminals by heating with hot water as shown in the figure, below.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Check intermittent incident. Refer to Inspection .

NO

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .
