DTC Confirmation Procedure

If DTC "U0405" is displayed with DTC "U1000", first diagnose the DTC "U1000".

Is applicable DTC detected?

YES

Perform diagnosis of applicable DTC. Refer to DTC Description .

NO

GO TO 2.

CONSULT

1. Ignition switch ON.
2. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "EPS/DAST 3".
3. Check if "U0405" is detected as the current malfunction in "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "EPS/DAST 3".

Is "U0405" detected as the current malfunction?

YES

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

NO

To check malfunction symptom before repair, refer to Inspection .

NO

Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
