P0016

Crankshaft position B1 sensor A

(Crankshaft position - camshaft position correlation bank 1 sensor A)

Diagnosis condition

• Ignition switch ON
• Engine speed: 500 -2, 000 RPM [when vehicle speed is less than 4 km/h (2.5 MPH)]
• Engine speed: 1, 200 -2, 000 RPM [when vehicle speed is 4 km/h (2.5 MPH) or more]
• Engine coolant temperature: 60 - 120 deg. C (140 - 248 deg. F)
• Battery voltage: 11 - 16 V

During the diagnosis of alignment of intake valve timing control, the angle difference between actual angle and target angle is 13 degrees or more.
