Conditions for Running

- Start-up Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is less than 90°F (32°C).
- Start-up Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is less than 90°F (32°C).
- Difference between the IAT and the ECT is less than 7°F.
- Battery voltage is 10-18 volts.
