Installation Procedure

  1. Install the steering gear protection shield to the steering gear.
  2. Install the steering gear protection shield retaining bolts (3) to the steering gear. Tighten the bolts to 180 N.m (132 ft lbs).
  3. Lower the vehicle.
  4. Perform a four wheel alignment. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
