Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel carrier. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CARRIER REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the vacuum control assembly (5).
  3. Disconnect the vacuum harness connector from the vacuum control assembly.

  4. Remove the vacuum control assembly retaining screws.
  5. Remove the vacuum control assembly from the vehicle.
