July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the right engine mount strut. Refer to Engine Mount Strut Replacement - Right 
  2. Install the J 45057  to the right engine mount strut bracket (1).

  3. Install the J 45057  to the left side engine lift bracket.

  4. Install the J 45057  to the right rear engine lift bracket.

  5. Remove the headlamps.
  6. Disconnect the hood strut assist rods from the fenders.
  7. Carefully open and secure the hood in 90 degree position.
  8. Install the J 28467-B.

  9. Install the J28467-7A  (1) and the J28467-34  to the J 28467-500  and the rear hole on the right side of the J-45057 (2).

  10. Install the J 28467-7A  (1) and the J 28467-34  to the J 28467-500  and the left side of the J 45057 (2).

  11. Gently tighten the J 28467-34  lift hook wing nuts.
  12. Raise the vehicle.
  13. Remove the lower air baffle assembly.
  14. Remove the engine mount bolt.
  15. Install the J 45057-2  to the core support.

  16. Install the J 45057-2  to the engine using the engine mount bolt.

  17. Assemble the J 45057-2  and hand tighten the fasteners.
